Nice photo. The walkway and river make good leading lines into the (is that Sears tower? OK, I read renamed Wills Tower) and I guess that's a raised bridge? I think the colors are nicely balanced The yellow boat is in the right spot of the line of the river. The only thing I would consider is darkening that white (roof?) on the left border sort of below the bridge. Everything has the feeling of being in the right place in terms of light and color. Good job.   Posted: 10/14/2026 05:57:37

A beautifully composed cityscape with strong leading lines created by the river and walkway, drawing the viewer naturally toward the impressive Chicago skyline. The raised bridge adds architectural interest, while the small yellow boat provides an effective focal point and sense of scale. Excellent balance of color, depth, and urban atmosphere.   Posted: 10/19/2026 02:14:38
The massive, rusted old bascule bridge on the left creates a dramatic, weathered industrial foreground counterpoint against the sleek, contemporary downtown skyline. This contrast between aged heavy engineering and polished modern skyscrapers gives the photograph a strong storytelling theme of urban evolution. The sky is a large empty area at the top with no interesting cloud texture to add atmosphere, and it occupies nearly half the frame.   Posted: 10/24/2026 10:48:13
